If you want to know whether someone will behave ethically or not, it might be worth finding out whether they are a morning person or a night person: an article in the Harvard Business Review asserts that people's stance on ethics change depending on what time it is. The argument is that ethical behavior fades as people get more tired, and so one can predict when someone is likely to engage in unethical acts by seeing what time of day they are most likely to be fatigued.
